As part of our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance, 98pkp may request KYC documentation including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted pending the completion of KYC verification. Full cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of continued account use.
98pkp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. 98pkp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. 98pkp aims to process withdrawal requests within two minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. In the event of a system malfunction, server error, or software fault affecting game outcomes, 98pkp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. No claim for compensation arising from a malfunction shall exceed the original stake placed on the affected round.

No Guarantee of Winnings: Gaming outcomes on 98pkp are random and certifiably unpredictable. 98pkp makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the likelihood or frequency of any win or payout outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You may close your 98pkp Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.
98pkp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
